ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
North Tripura District Polytechnic Institute has started its journey with an establishment of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department along with other two Departments (Mechanical & Civil) from the academic year 2014, August. At present, the department intake capacity of students is 60. The strength of the department lies with six numbers of well qualified and dedicated faculty, one Senior Instructor and one junior mechanic.
Students of the department are highly enthusiastic and actively participate in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities apart from giving their best in academics. The established department has been trying to develop different laboratories based on Tripura University Syllabus with advanced equipments which will very much satisfy the students for their better future in industry level or as well as further studies.
VISION:
To be the most preferred department in Electronics and Telecommunication by quality and value based education for diploma students to help them to contribute innovatively in both public and private sectors and pursuing for higher studies. .
MISSION:
To provide a teaching learning environment with good infrastructures through which the students learn the art of development and sustainability in the major domains of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
